Placement Services
The Salter College Career Services Department assists students and alumni in all aspects of their job search. The high standard of professional training offered by Salter College for over 60 years has earned an outstanding reputation for providing qualified personnel. The Career Services Department has implemented a Career Directions Seminar, which provides a realistic approach to searching for employment. In addition, students are scheduled for personalized sessions to finalize their job search tools and talk about their individual needs concerning employment. The Career Services Center offers the following services:

Employment information is updated and monitored on a continuing basis. Graduates are always welcome to use our Career Services Department for placement services. Career Fairs are held to provide career information. Human resource professionals meet with students to discuss job search opportunities.
Externships are offered as part of most programs. Students serve an average of three months in their chosen field of study. Externships provide hands-on experience and opportunities, which may lead to employment after graduation.
Career Services are also available to all students in The Salter College evening division. Scheduled workshops and individual sessions are held during evening hours.
