Cake Decorating – SCU106

This course demonstrates the techniques used in preparing specialty cakes – including borders, flowers and decorative chocolate work. Students will practice these techniques, incorporating them into the production of a cake of their design. This hands-on course consists of 9 hours.

Dates:

Mondays, October 5, 19 & 26 5:30-8:30
Saturdays, November 7 & 14 9:00-1:30

Cost: $120

Students must bring an apron.
