Spa Cuisine/Healthier Cooking – SCU105
This course focuses on the basics of nutrition and how these concepts relate to our average American diet. Instructor will review the basics of the My Pyramid guide and various methods of adapting our cooking habits to allow for a healthier diet. We will review and practice recipes from world-class spas in the U.S. with emphasis on the spa motto: reduce, replace and eliminate! This hands-on course consists of 9 hours.
