Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens – SMA101
This course prepares students to respond to medical emergencies and the handling of bloodborne pathogens according to OSHA regulations. During this course, students will learn methods that involve transmission of disease, prevention of disease, universal precautions/BSI and exposure control. Participants must pass a written examination with an 85% score for certification. This 2-hour course is offered on Fridays or Saturdays.
